To manage growth that the company is experiencing, Swiss Beauty, the Indian makeup and beauty brand, has elevated Saahil Nayar as the new CEO of the company where he has been working as the COO for last six months. Since joining the company, Nayar has been instrumental in driving an exponential growth rate for the business.

According to the company, in the six months that he worked as the COO, Nayar pushed annual recurring revenue growth by Rs 100 crore for the company. Talking about the new appointment Amit Goyal, Director, Swiss Beauty said, “We are thrilled to have Saahil Nayar take on the role of CEO. His leadership as COO over the past year has been pivotal in steering the company towards growth and success. His appointment as CEO comes at a time when the brand is experiencing rapid growth across all key metrics.”

In fact, the brand is being recognized as the one of the top five India-made makeup brands in digital ranking in the online marketplace. Talking about his growth vision for the company, the newly appointed CEO, Nayar added, “I am honored and excited to take on the role of CEO at Swiss Beauty. As a company, we are exploring new avenues for growth, including new categories, and international markets, and I am excited to raise the bar for our brand in not just India but international markets as well. Our goal is to be India’s one-stop FMCG, providing high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”

Nayar has over 15 years of experience in the Indian beauty and cosmetics market having worked with brands like Kama Ayurveda, Revlon, The Moms Co and House of IDAM. In his new role Nayar will be Nayar will be responsible for conceptualising and driving business and marketing strategies. According to the company statement, he will look into improving the brand’s digital footprint and strengthening the physical retail presence.

This appointment is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen the leadership team needed for further business expansion. After creating buzz about the brand, the company is now focussed on boosting its omnichannel presence and drive revenue growth – the biggest tasks for Nayar as the new CEO.
